Amar Singh Aujla
Amar Singh Aujla - Partner, has over 10 years PQE and is a Criminal Duty Accredited Solicitor and a member of Resolution, an organisation for Family Lawyers in the UK. He handles all of our private criminal defence work, providing a first class service to our clients. Amar’s knowledge and expertise have seen him work on a wide spectrum of cases from corporate high value white-collar crime, through to the prosecution of individuals for crimes or motoring offences.
His clients have included magistrates, stockbrokers, surveyors, bank managers and police officers. His calm and thorough approach to defence work is praised by his clients, as is his impressive success rate.
Furthermore, Amar also deals with all aspects of family law, with particular expertise in financial disputes. He also has a great deal of experience in dealing with TOLATA Proceedings. Amar is dedicated to resolving matters as amicably and cost effectively as possible. He is approachable and gives realistic and constructive advice delivered with empathy and respect.
Parmjit Kaur Dhillon
Parmjit Kaur Dhillon-Partner, is the firm’s residential and commercial property specialist and has developed a reputation as a highly-regarded conveyancer in the West London area. She qualified in 2005 as a solicitor and has a great breadth of commercial property experience, particularly in relation to development work for investors and occupiers., she is guaranteed to provide you with a first-class service whatever your needs might be.
Parmjit has a large and loyal base of clients, many of whom have used her services for a considerable length of time and value her expertise and conveyancing knowledge. Most recently her expertise has been in the retail and leisure sectors, and mixed use schemes.
Parmjit also specialises in high-value residential property and leasehold enfranchisement with this comprising 50% of her workload. She has wide experience in commercial property, with clients ranging from private investors to property companies.
Surin Malik
Surin Malik - Paralegal, is part of the conveyancing and family team. Surin has been working in the legal field since 2003 and prior to that was an estate agent. Surin provides a professional and high quality standard of work and has a keen interest in family matters.
Surin plays an integral role in the conveyancing department, assisting with a caseload of Residential and Commercial Property work. She ensures client retention by progressing files through to completion and dealing with post-completion matters to give client satisfaction from start to finish.
Bally Kaur Johal
Bally is the firm’s commercial property consultant solicitor with over 30 years’ experience in all types of property transactions and property related business and commercial matters, acting for a wide variety of clients.
Bally studied and qualified in London and also worked there during the first half of her career, where she gained her experience in large and medium firms in Lincoln’s Inn and the West End, and later in regional firms.
Bally has acted as a consultant solicitor for numerous firms during the latter half of her working life.
Kiran Virdee
Kiran joined our team as a consultant solicitor in February 2018. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2011 she has over 10 years of experience in dealing with all manner of Family Law issues.
Kiran specialises in Children Law and advises parents, siblings and grandparents in relation to Child Arrangement Orders, Special Guardianship, Parental Responsibility and child abduction/ wardship proceedings. She also undertakes Family Law proceedings regarding domestic violence matters to include applications for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders.
Kiran is a member of the Law Society criminal accreditation panel.
